INSTRUCTIONS: Please fill out the form below and click on the Submit application button. Your application will be reviewed. Then each successful applicant must attend either one (1) luncheon or two (2) Meet and Greet Happy Hours before they can be sworn in.

Don’t forget to send in your $45 application fee, which is done separately. You can use PayPal by clicking below, or you can use any credit card, or use the handy QR code. Just take a picture of the code with your smart phone.
